GYXTW cable construction

The fibers are placed in a loose tube made of PBT which is filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tube is wrapped with a layer of PSP (steel tape) longitudinally. Between the PSP and the loose tube water -blocking material is applied to keep the cable compact and waterproof. Two parallel steel wires are placed at both sides of the steel tape, finally the cable is completed with a PE/ LSZH outer sheath.
