Product Description

Las fibras se colocan en un tubo suelto hecho de plástico de alto módulo y lleno de gel. Los tubos (y rellenos) están trenzados alrededor del miembro de fuerza no metálico para formar el núcleo del cable. El núcleo del cable está lleno de compuesto de bloqueo de agua y la vaina interior de PE está extruida alrededor. Luego el hilo aramida arma alrededor de la vaina interior para reforzar. Finalmente, se extruye la funda exterior de PE/AT.

Product Parameters

The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic and filled with gel. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the non-metallic strength member to form the cable core.  Water Blocking yarn and water blocking tape used in the cable core to prevent water penetration. Then  Flat FRP armored to reinforce . Finally, PE or  ZRPE or AT outer jacket is completed.
