1. All - Dielectric Design: With no metal material, this makes it ideal for installation in areas with high - voltage power lines or other electromagnetic - interference - prone environments, eliminating the need for expensive cable shielding and grounding measures.

2. Self - Supporting Capability: The ADSS cable can support itself without the need for an additional support messenger. This simplifies the installation process and reduces installation costs. It can be directly installed on overhead transmission towers or poles, saving space and improving the efficiency of space utilization.

3. Wide Temperature Range: usually from - 40 °C to 70 °C. This allows it to be used in various climatic conditions, from cold regions to hot and humid environments.

4. Small Diameter and Light Weight:  easy to handle and install. The small cable diameter also means that it has a smaller wind - resistance area and ice - loading capacity, reducing the impact of wind and ice on the cable during operation.
