Description:

GYFXTS is a central loose-tube, steel-tape armored, aramid-yarn (or Glass Yarn) reinforced outdoor optical fiber cable designed for dual aerial and duct deployment. It integrates high mechanical strength, water blocking, rodent resistance, and stable optical transmission, suitable for medium fiber-count (typically 2–24 cores) access/backbone networks in harsh outdoor environments.
 

GYFXTS Cable Construction:

2-24core Fibers are housed in a central tube made of high-modulus plastic and filled with tube gel. The tube is armored with Aramid yarns (or Glass Yarns) for tensile strength  and water blocking yarns for moisture resistance. Then the corruagted steel tape (CST) is enhanced around the tube. Finally a PE or LSZH jacket is extruded.

1. Core fiber: Single-mode (G.652D/G.657A2) or multi-mode (OM3/OM4), 250μm bare fiber, color-coded for easy identification.
2. Key design: Central loose tube (PBT) + thixotropic water-blocking gel + aramid yarn tensile member + corrugated steel tape (PSP) armor + PE outer sheath, forming a compact, lightweight, and robust structure.
